Return Policy for Omar & Eve

14 - Day Return Policy

We offer a 14 - day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with all original tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Important:

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at omarandeveltd@hotmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the issue
  3. A brief description of the problem

We will assess the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
🚫 Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)
🚫 Custom or personalized items (including special orders)
🚫 Personal care & beauty products
🚫 Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

⚠️ Sale Items & Gift Cards:
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to:

  1. Return the original item following our return policy.
  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without providing a justification (in accordance with EU consumer laws).

To qualify, your item must be:
✅ In the same condition you received it
✅ Unworn or unused, with all original tags
✅ In its original packaging
✅ Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

You will be refunded for the product price, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the refund status:

✔️ If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
❌ If rejected, we will provide a reason and return the item to you (if applicable).

💳 Bank/Credit Card Processing Time:
Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at omarandeveltd@hotmail.com.
